Lt Col Noor Mohammad Sikder (retd) joined Fair Group in Oct 2014 as Director taking care of the portfolios mainly Admin and Factory Project in particular. This is his second career.
He has worked in Bangladesh Army for 28 years and has acquired wide range of experience in command, leadership, management, logistics, security, administration and construction /maintenance.
He also had experience to have served with UN (Georgia) for peace keeping and crisis management and also with foreign Army under Kuwait Armed Forces. Before joining Fair Group he was one of the pioneers to structure Trust Transport Services patronized by Ministry of Road and Bridge and Bangladesh Army.
