Major General Hamid R Chowdhury, rcds, psc (retd) is the Advisor of Fair Group.
He has 33 years of experience in the military services which includes working as directing staff/Instructor in most of the top military institutions, e. g. National Defence College, Artillery School and Bangladesh Military Academy. He was the Commandant of Bangladesh Ordnance Factories (BOF) where he proved his strategic management ability as he was responsible for the production of arms ammunition and other equipment for Bangladesh Armed Forces and law enforcing agencies. He was commandant of Bangladesh Military Contingent command in Kuwait Armed Forces and school of Infantry and Tactics.
Gen Hamid has excellent academic and professional records. He has completed Royal College of Defense Studies in UK and Army war college in Turkey. He is an alumni of National Defense University China.
He is a graduate of Mirpur Staff College. He did his B.Sc. from Chittagong University and Master of Defense Studies from National University. He studied in Faujdarhat Cadet College.
