Mr. Rayan Rahman is the Head of Business Strategy under Chairman’s office of Fair Group who is essentially an overseer of the company. He is engaged in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, and leads cross-functional teams in the development of Group-wide operational strategies. He also helps to keep Fair Group away from engaging in potential risk factors and be compliant with corporate, domestic and international compliances. Mr. Rayan joined Fair Group in December 2016.

Prior to joining Fair Group, Mr. Rayan served in leading Local and Multinational companies where his contribution towards Internal Control & Compliances are exemplary. Mr. Rayan started his career back in 2002 with Sanofi-Aventis as ‘Management Trainee’. He also served in Novartis, Standard Chartered Bank, Grameenphone Ltd., BRAC Bank, and British American Tobacco. Mr. Rayan has concrete proficiency in developing policies, guidelines, standard operating procedures and implementing risk management framework.

He completed his MBA and BBA both from North South University. In addition, he has also participated in various trainings and conferences to sharpen his skills.
