Fair Group arranged Employee Engagement program “WinYear’18” on January 6, 2018.

WinYear’18 was a great opportunity for each one of the Fair Group Employees to be able to interact with one another including top officials of the Fair Group to mid managers and it will also help them to be motivated in coming days.

The journey of WinYear’18 began from Fair Group Head Office and had the first stop at Fair Electronics factory at Narsingdi where employees roamed around and had a great feast with local tastes. The second phase of the WinYear’18 was held in the evening at the land of Fair Group, Purbachal. Where a cultural program, team building activities and a raffle draw with various gifts for the employees were the focus of attraction.

In this daylong program, there were a gracious presence of Mr. Ruhul Alam Al Mahbub, Honorable Chairman, Mr. Major General Hamid R Chowdhury, rcds, psc (Retd.), Advisor, Mr. Choon Soo Moon, Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mohammed Mesbah Uddin, Chief Marketing Officer and other top officials of Fair Group.

This event was organized by the Human Resources Division of Fair Group which was led by Mr. A H M Kamal, Chief Human Resources Officer, Fair Group and the roll of the Master of Ceremony was played by Mr. J.M Taslim Kabir, Head of Marketing, Fair Group.
