MetLife Inked MoU with FDL

MetLife and Fair Distribution Ltd (FDL) recently signed an agreement at the MetLife Building at Motijheel in Dhaka.
This partnership entails MetLife to source Samsung Tabs from FDL to be used by the field force of MetLife as digital sales tool, said a press release.
MetLife Bangladesh has always been committed to providing the best quality services to its customers through use of the best practices around the world. It has been playing a pioneering role in digitalization and innovation in the local insurance industry.
MetLife’s paperless digital sales tool Prajapati launched in early 2017 is one such initiatives that serves the customers through its tab-based sales tool, for which, it procures Samsung Tabs, said MetLife press release.
Akhlaqur Rahman, COO of MetLife and Mohammad Mesbah Uddin, CMO of FDL signed the agreement. Among others, Jafar Sadeque Chowdhury, CDO of MetLife and Kazi Nasir Uddin, CFO, FDL along with other high officials from both MetLife and FDL were present.
