Fair Electronics Factory Day 2024 Celebrates Late Nabiha Raidaa’s Birthday

FairElectronics Factory Day 2024 was commemorated with a flag hoisting ceremony, and its inauguration was done by flying pigeons. A spirited rally, spearheaded by Ms. Razina Khatun, Director of Fair Group. The occasion, graced by the presence of esteemed dignitaries including the revered mother of Mr. Ruhul Alam Al Mahbub, Chairman of Fair Group, was a testament to the company’s commitment to honoring its legacy.

Since 2021, FairElectronics has observed Factory Day on the 10th of March, coinciding with the birthday of the late Nabiha Raidaa, Director of Fair Group, in a poignant tribute to her memory.

The day commenced with heartfelt Doa and Monajat, followed by a series of engaging games designed to foster camaraderie among employees.

Mr. Mutassim Daiaan, Director of Fair Group, took to the stage to formally announce the disbursement of the Workers Profit Participation Fund (WPPF) to employees’ accounts during the Cultural Program. Additionally, the excitement soared as employees eagerly participated in a raffle draw, where attractive gifts awaited the lucky winners.

The entertainment quotient of the event reached new heights with captivating performances by renowned artists Mr. Mahadi and Ms. Bristi, as well as the electrifying beats of DJ Mehedi.

Among the distinguished guests present at the celebration were Mr. Mesbah Uddin, Chief Marketing Officer; Mr. Kazi Nasir, Chief Financial Officer; Mr. Hasnain Khurshed, Head of Communication & Corporate Philanthropy; Mr. Rayan Rahman, Head of Strategy; Mr. Arifur Rahman, Head of Supply Chain Management; Mr. Zahidul Kabir, Head of Treasury; and Mr. J M Taslim Kabir, Head of Marketing, along with other esteemed officials.
