NM ZEAUL ALAM
ADVISOR, FAIR GROUP
Mr Zeaul Alam was the senior secretary of Information and Communications Technology Division, ICT Ministry of Bangladesh. He is the immediate past Secretary, Coordination & Reforms of the Cabinet Division. Prior to that, he was the Director General of the Department of Immigration and Passport.
He belongs to BCS 84 batch and started his career as Assistant Commissioner in 1986. He served in almost all the core posts of the field administration including Deputy Commissioner and Divisional Commissioner. In his long career Mr. Zeaul Alam participated actively in important regional, bi-lateral and multilateral meetings on trade negotiations in the country and abroad. He has experiences in preparation, monitoring and evaluation of Annual Performance Agreement (APA), National Integrity Strategy (NIS), and Grievance Redress System (GRS). He has been rewarded with National Award named ‘Innovation Award’ for outstanding contribution in digitization activities of Sylhet Division in 2012. He also received ‘Public Administration Award (PAA)’ in 2018.
In 2023, Mr Zeaul Alam has joined at Fair Group as Advisor.
Mr Zeaul Alam has completed B Sc (Hons), MSc, University of Chottogram and MA in Governance & Development, BRAC University.
Mr Zeaul Alam has attended training and seminars in the countries e.g., Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, India, Nepal, Bhutan, Pakistan, USA, Mauritius England, Kenya, Spain, Egypt, Sweden and Switzerland.
